Carlos: Bueno, aquí estamos… listos para probar algo nuevo.

Ana: Sí, pero… ¿estás seguro de que esto es comestible? Se ve un poco extraño.

Carlos: ¡Claro! Es un plato típico de este país. Se llama takoyaki, son bolitas de pulpo con salsa.

Ana: Hmm… nunca he comido pulpo antes.

Carlos: Pues hoy es el día. ¡Vamos, pruébalo!

Ana: (Da un mordisco) ¡Uy! Está más suave de lo que pensaba.

Carlos: Sí, la textura es algo chiclosa, pero el sabor es bueno.

Ana: Me gusta la salsa… es un poco dulce y salada al mismo tiempo.

Carlos: Y esas hojuelas encima se están moviendo. ¡Parece que tienen vida!

Ana: ¡No digas eso! Son hojuelas de bonito, pero sí, parece que bailan por el calor.

Carlos: ¿Qué te parece el pulpo en sí?

Ana: Sorprendentemente, sabe bien. Es tierno y tiene un ligero sabor a mar.

Carlos: Sí, pero lo mejor es la combinación con la masa crujiente por fuera.

Ana: Definitivamente. Aunque creo que está un poco picante, ¿o soy yo?

Carlos: No, tienes razón. La salsa tiene un toque de jengibre y pimienta.

Ana: Me gusta más de lo que esperaba. No pensé que comería pulpo algún día.

Carlos: ¡Ya ves! Probar cosas nuevas siempre es una buena idea.

Ana: Ahora me pregunto… ¿qué otro plato raro podemos probar?

Carlos: He oído que aquí tienen helado de ajo… ¿te animas?

Ana: ¡Eso sí suena demasiado raro! Pero… ¿por qué no?

By capitalizing on the automatic nature of existing habits, the cue to perform the target behavior becomes ingrained, increasing its adoption and persistence. Habit stacking can be used to improve individual productivity (e.g., streamlining post-meeting follow-ups) or foster team-level behavioral change (e.g., implementing a daily huddle for information sharing). The effectiveness of this technique hinges on selecting appropriate trigger habits – frequent, consistent actions with minimal cognitive load. Additionally, target habits should be small, achievable actions to ensure successful integration and minimize disruption to existing workflows. Through repetition and positive reinforcement, habit stacking strengthens the association between the trigger and target behavior, ultimately leading to the desired routine becoming an automatic part of the workday.

孙子说，做事情的时候，争取主动（zhēng qǔ zhǔ dòng,to seize the initiative)是最难的，也是最重要的。什么叫“争取主动”呢？就是让事情按照你希望的样子发生，而不是总是跟着别人跑。
那怎么做呢？孙子告诉我们三个简单的方法：
第一，保持力量（bǎo chí lì liàng,to maintian the strength)。 就像你要去爬山，不能为了快，就把水和食物都扔掉，那样你会没力气。但也不能走得太慢，错过看美丽的日出。所以，做事情要准备好，但不能累坏自己。
第二，灵活改变(líng huó gǎi biàn,to be more flexible)，像水一样。 水遇到石头，就会绕过去。我们做事也一样。记住一个秘诀：避开别人很强的地方。 比如打篮球，如果对方个子很高，你就不要总想着在他面前投篮，可以试试传球给队友。
第三，选对时机(xuǎn duì shí jī，to find the right time)。 想象一下，你的朋友刚跑完步，很累的时候，你不会去跟他比赛跑步，对吧？你会等他休息好了再玩。

最后，孙子还说了几个“不要(not to do)”：

不要和比你厉害很多的人直接对抗（duì kàng，to compete）
小心，那可能是个圈套（quān tào，trap）！
给别人留一点空间（kōng jiān，space）。

你看，它告诉我们：成功的关键，不是用力气，而是用头脑。 要主动，要根据不同的情况，灵活地改变我们的方法。
下次，当你遇到一个难题，不管是学习还是和朋友相处，都可以想一想孙子的这三个建议：1.保持力量，2.灵活改变，3.选对时机。 试试看，你会发现自己变得更从容(cóng róng，to take it easy)、更聪明了。

おはようございます！Atsushiです。 今日は6月25日。 北海道の今日の天気は晴れ、20℃。 気持ちがいいです。 今日は、北海道でやりたいことを3つ、話します！ 自然を楽しむ 北海道には、山や川、湖、海など、たくさんの自然があります。家の近くには、とてもきれいな川があります。川沿いを歩くと、とても気持ちがいいです。休みの日には釣りをしている人もいます。 北海道の食べ物を楽しむ 海の幸や山の幸が北海道には本当にたくさんあります。ジンギスカンや、ししゃも、アスパラ、ラーメン、サーモンなどが有名です。個人的には、最近食べたかぶという野菜がとてもやわらかくて、おいしかったです。いろいろ食べてみたいと思います。 北海道の歴史を知る 北海道の歴史や、アイヌ文化のこと、明治時代の開拓の話は知らないことが多いです。漫画ゴールデンカムイを読んで、とても興味を持っています。本で調べたり、実際に行ってみたりして、知っていきたいです。 北海道に来て、日がのぼる時間が朝早いことにおどろきました。朝の4時には日がのぼります。ですが、日が落ちる時間は他の地域と同じぐらいの夜7時ぐらいなので、日が上がっている時間がとても長いです。 とてもおもしろいと思います。 はい、ということで、今日のポッドキャストは以上です。 今日もありがとうございました！ ではまた！
