She is saying Jane has a wicked heart - she is a bad person.
She wouldn't have her heart (in return) for anything. This means that there is nothing she could be offered that would make her agree to have a heart like Jane's.

I believe it means "I don't want to be like her". It is not a common expression, at least not in my variety of North American English. I suspect this is from Jane Eyre, though, which is neither North American nor current, meaning the language is a bit different.
