If you’re asking a question, you should use a plural noun with “any”: “Do you have any questions?” However, you can also use “any” to say that anything is a possibility: “You should be prepared for any question imaginable.” or “You can have any flavor of ice cream that you want!”

They are both correct as statements, meaning without the question marks

Are you putting a question mark because you are inquiring to this chat, or is it part of your statement?
