It rained on and off all day making everything wet. I felt drowsy. In class I finally got an average score in Chinese, but there is a need to improve. (but I need to improve). I made a correction on one sentence to make it sound better. I am not sure what you wanted to say with the words wet and drowsy so I hade to guess.
