I know that I am lucky and I feel grateful every day. However, I can't help sometimes hating myself for being so lazy or sometimes in helpless or negative thoughts of stop trying or feel frustrated in some situations. I feel like I am an old aged kid who finds it hard to do things that normal people easily do (sometimes). Having said that, I feel cheer up easily when I believe I can change or I can do it.

These are feelings I have myself, and they come in waves. It is very difficult to live life and throw even more onto your plate, going to the gym, sticking to a diet, learning a new language. I believe that the pay off only comes after the pain. We have to know that there is a reason our heart keeps pushing us to be greater people. You can handle this. You got it Good Luck and fight through the pain.

I know that I am lucky and I feel grateful every day. However, I can't help sometimes hating myself for being so lazy. I also sometimes feel helpless or lost in negative thoughts for stopping to try or I even feel frustrated in some situations. I feel like I am an old aged kid who finds it hard to do things that normal people easily do (sometimes). Having said that, I can also easily cheer up when I believe I can change or I can do it.
