Hi, I am also a learner of Arabic, but I will try to answer with my limited knowledge. For the English transliteration that you wrote: Tasharaft tu bilikaika - This is masculine. You say this when you are talking to a male. Literally, it would mean "I am honored with meeting you". Tasharaft tu bimarifatik For pronunciation, in texts the letter ع is sometimes written as 3 (bim3rifatik) This is feminine. It is a colloquial way of saying to a female, "I am honoured with getting to know you." Tsharfna - We are honoured You are Welcome!
