When you say that there is a "catch", it implies that the problem is hidden or unexpected. A catch is a problem that is a sort of a trap in what otherwise seems to be an ideal situation. So, "qua c'è qualcosa she non va" and Gianluca's other suggestions do not seem to me to be correct translations.
