There needs to be a clear subject and verb in this sentence. What is your intention? You could say "I am a cost accountant and a translator interested in software development and technologies."

Depends on who you are referring to, yourself or someone else. For example: I’m a cost accountant and translator who is interested in software development and technology. He’s a cost accountant and translator who is interested in software development and technology. She’s a cost accountant and translator who is interested in software development and technology. 🌈 Nicky

Only proper names should be capitalized. Thus, "interested" and "technologies" should not be capitalized. In fact, I don't think any of the words should be capitalized. Your use of "technologies" is unclear to me. "Technology" is such a broad category that it doesn't really say anything much about yourself. What kind of technology are you talking about?
