Hi. What does mean fro. in English?
I know " to and fro " means back and forth. I can't find ''fro" in dictionary. Help me please

Fro is short for Afro. The natural hair of most Africans.

When I look it up, it showed away or forward as the meaning. I found it in the Cambridge dictionary as well as Mirriam Webster.
This has also always been my understating of the word.
The slang "fro" is short for afro, as in the hair style. :)

"to and fro" is a collocation that has to be used together, but I guess "fro" itself means "backward".
