Living in big cities was a dream to so many people in the past, however, as living standards have improved, some concerns on health have risen among human beings. It is said that residing in big cities can harm to health mentally and physically, reasons such as air pollution, and anxiety from the fast-pace environment. In my opinion, maintaining health depends on proper life styles, by living in a big city can still benefit our own health. In terms of physical health, firstly, big cities are usually planned with a specific percentage of green space, which means, people are full of opportunities to see trees and flowers which are good for our eyes. Also, there are many free parks open for the purpose of physical exercise. Most importantly, convenient and speedy transportation allows us to easily travel to natural areas outside cities. Regarding the mental health, as far as I am concerned, it relies more on individual efforts, we should try to maintain and control our emotion no matter where we are. Living in a big city, we still can develop a hobby to entertain and fulfill our mental needs. For instance, attending yoga clubs, tasting various delicacies, visiting kinds of themed exhibitions and so on. In conclusion, it is undoubted that people can find out their own healthy life styles even in big cities, because there are many ways that can bring benefits for both of their mental and physical health. Therefore, I disagree with the argument that residing in big cities is bad for people's health. 258 words

This is better but you are still confusing mental and physical health. You need to explain and support your ideas and show how they relate to the question. For example: In terms of physical health, large cities have many parks where people can go to walk or jog. In China, these parks often have free exercise equipment with detailed instructions so residents can workout individually or with friends whenever they like. For the more affluent, you are also much more likely to find gyms with swimming pools and other resources and personal trainers, than in the countryside. In addition, public transport means that the countryside is still accessible from urban areas so that those who prefer more strenuous hiking or hill-walking do not need to live outside cities to obtain the benefits.
