I wake up at 6 am in the morning, brush my teeth and then I’m taking my dog out for a walk.
My job starts at 7:30am till 4pm.
I’m having a lunch break at 12 pm.
After work I am usually taking a one hour nap and then taking out my dog for a long walk or to the park.
At the evening I’m meeting with my friends or just resting in front of the TV.

Very good but resting meeting, walking, taking, having refers to actions happening either right now or in the future. For actions which happen every day or continuously as you are describing in this passage we use the simple form, have, take etc. Hope this helps

Good text! Normally with routines, we use the Simple Present.
