Funny, my daughter is also hooked up on Stranger Things :). Your version is actually quite good, so consider my suggestions mostly stylistic. Last sentence is changed with an assumption that you're saying that once you turn it on, you can't stop watching. If the idea was just to re-iterate that you started watching it and now you're hooked up, I'd just say " I can't stop watching it now".
