Sorry to disturb native English speakers.

1b. You may consider the matter as settled.
Which is grammatically correct?
Do they have the same meaning ?
2a. Please, consider the order as cancelled.

Hello. I am a native (US) speaker. For both sets of sentences, they both have the same meaning and I do not consider either one technically grammatically wrong, but 1a and 2b (without the 'as') are more how a native speaker would speak/write it.

I'd agree on the whole - I think 1b is absolutely fine (and perhaps better than 1a for writing) but 2a is a bit weird to me, I think because it relates to an action in the past - the cancellation - whereas "as" implies an ongoing state of affairs.
I think also the commas in 2 are wrong (sorry).
