In my opinion, sport and exercise are something very important in everyone's life.
Both have an impact on everyone's health and energy, and determine how you feel every day. It can help you relax, (by) making your mind clearer and (by) giving you new energy.
I do yoga, once a week. It works wonders for my mental health. Furthermore, I try to go work for a walk every day after work. I go to a nearby forest and walk for 45/60 minutes. It's very important to me, because if I don't do this it's very hard to tune out after work. This helps me find a way to deal with stress and anxiety.
Apart from that, I do Zumba twice or three times a weak. I love it. It is good fun.
