As for the people who sitting too long every day, they always suffer from headache, dizziness or bad mood. Definitely I am one of them. In the morning, everything goes well,but at afternoon, the pain comes from back and neck always make me to be bad-tempered. After work, the things become worse, sometimes I yell at my daughter which cuase a tight relationship between us. I have tried to know the reasons why I felt bad throughout a whole day. The age or the full schedules? Until one day, I spent time playing with my children. They invited me to run with them, I subconsciously want to refuse them, but finally happily played with them for a long while. After sweating a lot, I felt really relaxed and all the pains and bad moods inside myself was emptyed. After that, no matter how busy I was, I got into a habit of squeeze alittle time to exercise. Jogging or playing with my children for a little while always make me easily foget all the annoyances.
