Both “abound in” and “abound with” are correct, and their meanings are very similar. They mean that something exists in large numbers or amounts.
“Abound in” is often used when talking about what a place or thing contains.
“This region abounds in natural resources.”
“The forest abounds in wildlife.”
“Abound with” is also used when something is full of particular things.
“The garden abounds with colorful flowers.”
“The city abounds with excellent restaurants.”
In many situations, you can use either one without changing the meaning very much.
However, “abound” itself is somewhat formal. In everyday conversation, native speakers are more likely to say “is full of,” “has plenty of,” or “has a lot of.”
For example, instead of “The area abounds in wildlife,” people often simply say “The area is full of wildlife.”
