I am currently living in Paris but I come from Biarritz, in the south west of France. Biarritz is a well known seaside resort and a former fishermen town. Nowadays, it is famous for its sandy beaches and surf spots. The architecture is also very nice, especially due to old villas you can find throughout the whole city.

Nowadays, it is famous for its sandy beaches and surf spots. The architecture is also very nice/interesting, especially due to/because of the old villas you can find throughout the whole city.

Fantastic writing Thibaud. I just changed ‘due to’ as it is a little bit formal for this context, and ‘nice’ could be replaced with something more detailed perhaps. Otherwise perfect 👌
