Traz is conjugated in the second person singular of the simple present tense ( habits, everyday actions or the immediate future). Ex.: Ele traz comida todos os dias. Traga can be conjugated in the third person imperative ( order): Ex.: Você não traga mais seus amigos aqui. Traga can also be used in the present subjunctive in the first or third person ( suggestions, wishes, this tense is used with certain expressions). Ex.: *Eu desejo que* ele traga comida. *Eu espero que* ele traga comida.

both are the imperative for the verb trazer (to bring), that is, the conjugation you use to give orders, suggestions, requests, etc. "Traz" is suppoused to be used with "tu" and "traga" with "você", but in spoken portuguese people use them interchangebly, for example: Você, traz o dinheiro amanhã, blz?
