1 is incorrect as any doesn’t go with a plural

2 and 3 work. They could be used interchangeably.
#2 - "a... one" agrees. You might use this in a situation where it is hard to find an alternative or where the person may not have a large number to choose from. You assume that they don't have a lot of this item available. This would be appropriate for a large cost item that is very specific and harder to find. Or an uncommon piece of jewelry.
#3 - "any... ones" agrees. You might use this in a situation where the person may have many alternatives and you want to see several of them. This would be appropriate when looking for common items that sellers have many of--but you don't see a lot of those on display. It implies that you want them to bring you more than one thing to look at.
