Please help me choose the correct word order in the sentence. 1. (or another wording) The Contractor may bring this Agreement to early termination if the Customer violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Hi Sasha! I'm inclined to lean towards option # 4. My variation: The Contractor may proceed with early termination of this Agreement if the Customer violates the terms and conditions outlined therein. Once again, just adding to the possibilities. Take good care!

Coming from the US, none of them seem standard to me, particularly the phrase “at the initiative”. I would therefore pick 4 as best, but suggest looking further.
