I have a face like the moon - our moon, the Earth's moon. I have a face like a moon - any moon (suggesting your face is very round). I deceive people often. I am often deceitful. I lie a lot (less formal).

Add “the” before “moon”, change “deceit” into “deceive” and change “a lot” into “many people”. For example: I have a face like the moon and I deceive many people. OR (if you or your character has one face 😁) My face is like the moon and I deceive many people.
