We always give our congratulations to the colleagues who get promoted, but feel sad later and lose the driection of our own lives. It's really hard to understand why they always get promoted until we know their groth tracks. When they were children, their parents have had clean plans for their groth, which were very different from our parents who just followed others' advise. Our parents worked hard from morning to evening, we happily went to school and finished all the duties our teachers asked us to do. As we grew up, we have got used to listen to others and didn't know what we should do next without a guider. We chose our majors with others advise, we got married with others advise. Everything is uncontrolled for ourselves. The people we called "others" successfully became our leaders. Slowly we tended to listen to their decisions and couldn't do anything without them. Unfortunately, most people understand the rule of society over the age of 40. It's too late to replan our career life. So, I think that the real reason why some people always get promoted is to understand the world at an eaely age.
