My level is B1, and the last time that i practiced 4 months ago and maybe more.

Is there any advice about how to start, and should i do from the beginning or just quick refreshing.

In my opinion, the best way to get familiar with the language is to increase your exposure to it. Books and podcasts could be a great help. Also, practice speaking daily. Maybe for twenty minutes.

I'd say start with a quick refresher and see what you need to work on, then work on those things. Of course, having a good teacher helps :)
