Today is going to be tough. I’m here to get some fresh air and calm down. If I’m home, I can't stop thinking about what I don't want to remember. This is the only place I feel at home nowadays. Almost every day I'm stuck here for over two hours, which helps me escape real world.

I'd say I'm the one who really really needs attachment from emotions and go forward.
Even though I experience the similar situation and feel the negative emotions, and why can't I let myself escape from them? Why do I let them control me? This is what I have a hard time dealing with and need to have throughbreak.
I really want to let go and take things to the next level!
