Can I use "take a bath" expression to tell to another person to going to the the sea and swim? Thanks

absolutely not haha, the verb 'bathe' can mean both, but 'take a bath' can only mean 'wash yourself'.
It could possibly work to say 'take a bath!' as a joke when throwing somebody into the sea. But as a suggestion or command, it can only mean 'you smell, please wash yourself'

No. That means clean yourself. You could say, 'Have a swim' or 'Go for a swim.'

You would be better off saying “go for a dip” or “go for a swim”.
“Take a bath” doesn’t have any other meaning than actually getting into a bath. You could make someone think that they smell bad!

No. To take a bath would only refer to getting into the bathtub in a bathroom. 🤗
