When someone say “You’re quite flexible “ Does quite mean a little, or a large degree or completely ? Or it could mean all of them and I just have to guess lol ?

Hi, “Quite” can mean different things depending on context and region. • In American English, “quite flexible” usually means very flexible. • In British English, it often means fairly or moderately flexible. So yes, you need to guess a bit based on tone and context.
