Somebody please help me with “anal-retentive”.
The definition from Meriam-Webster says: exhibiting or typifying personality traits (such as frugality and obstinacy) held to be psychological consequences of toilet training.
toilet training: the process of training a child to control bladder and bowel movements and to use the toilet.
Then what’s happened after “toilet training”?

The psychological meaning of anal-retentive means that the child was traumatised somehow during toilet training. Perhaps their parents scolded and punished them instead of encouraging and rewarding them. They became fearful of using the toilet. In adulthood, after toilet training, this person might still have problems around using toilets leading to constipation, etc. Or they might develop other anxieties in other areas of life.
In everyday language, we use 'anally retentive' to describe somebody who is annoying because they are obsessed by small, trivial details.

🤣 Sorry but this is funny.
We call a person "anal-retentive" when that person is uptight or annoying. It's like calling someone "constipated". 😅 It doesn't mean they are literally constipated but that they're mean and annoying. Literally, the definition of "anal-retentive" would be someone who tries to hold in their 💩. (Refuses to go to the toilet.)
"Toilet training" is the process of teaching a small child how and when to go to the toilet. That's all.
I'm not sure what you're asking when you ask what happens after toilet training. 🤔 Presumably if it was done correctly, nothing, the child goes to the toilet normally and without problems. If it was done incorrectly it could lead to behavioral problems for the child, such as becoming "anal-retentive."
Helpful? If not please rephrase your question. It's slightly unclear. 🙂
