Hi! If you are just asking if these sentences are grammatical:
"He is a doer" = no mistakes :)
"The government began to unravel" = no mistakes :)
"She smash the glass" = the verb 'smash' should be in another form. It needs to show that the subject ('she') is in the third person, and it needs to show when it happens. For example:
"She smashes the glass" = it happens regularly (present simple tense)
"She is smashing the glass" = it's happening now (present continuous tense)
"She smashed the glass" = it happened at a specific time in the past, for example 'yesterday' (past simple tense)
"She has smashed the glass" = it happened recently and we can still see the effect (for example, she smashed it yesterday and we are looking at it right now) (present perfect tense).
"I always cut the decals on Spring Festival" = change 'on' to 'for' or 'during':
"I always cut the decals for Spring Festival" = I do this before the festival, to prepare.
"I always cut the decals during Spring Festival" = I do this while the festival is happening.
Only use 'on' if the festival is only 1 day. For example, we say 'on Monday/Tuesday/Christmas Day'.
"This is a lousy prank" = correct :)
