If I have spare money at the end of the month, I usually will save it into my investment account to put my money to work automatically by investing in high dividend yield stocks or sustainable ETFs. If I had more money, I probably would invest mainly in real estate. Although it is not as liquid as stocks, property investment could provide a passive income stream and appreciation potential.
