Today’s weather is sunny and cold. Although the sun is shining, the wind is blowing and if you are in a shady place, it is cold. However, in the sun, it is warm and comfortable. I live sunny days.
Yesterday, it was a cloudy day and it rained a lot, I am surprised about the weather change between yesterday and today! In rainy days, I love to be at home with hot chocolate, a film and a thick blanket in the sofa! ❤️

Overall it was written very well! I edited it a bit to match a more native way of saying speaking.
At the end of your first paragraph you said “I live sunny days.” I’m not sure if you meant to say “I love sunny days” (which would be correct) but I changed it to “I live for sunny days.” To say “I live for....” is an expression used in English (at least in the United States by younger people) to express something you really really like

Today’s weather is sunny and cold. There’s plenty of sun shine and it’s windy.
If you are near shades you feel cold. However, in the sun, it is
warm and comfortable. I like sunny days. Yesterday, it was cloudy and
rained a lot, I am surprised about this weather change between yesterday and
today! In rainy days, I love to be at home with hot chocolate, a film and a
thick blanket in the sofa! ❤️
You are doing good. Keep practicing and you will improve over period of time. There’s nothing wrong in the way you wrote and people can understand your message, end of the day that’s what languages do. Gracias 🙏.
