To me ,there are so many qualities of a good manager.
The first , you must know how to command .Secondly ,to become a good manager you must punctual and tactful in your work . and you always kind to his/her colleagues to they always comfortable in your work .
Finally we must be a good planner to development for company. Besides we must speak english very well if the company have partners around the world .
