Today I watched a video on Internet. A Korean man goes to street to ask for cell phone numbers from foreign girls. In fact, Asians are very shy to talk with strangers. So do I.

I can't watch the video, but I had such situation a few times (so did my friends ;-). I every situatiuon I said I'm not interested in staying in touch with them(in more polite way, but it's hard to translate it), because I wasn't. I think that saying just no is better than giving a wrong number ;-)
But one of my friend gave her number and they had a date later.
