Please, correct me

2. There is no life without changes.

Stability is illusory. Condition "plateau" is absurd. We are constantly in motion. But this is condescending banality obviously, because we are constantly getting old in reality. And we can say even tougher, but it is not my style.
We are constantly changing external and internal, these processes do not stop for a second. And even a second, as a measure of measurement, is big here. Processes are going on every moment. This set is seconds. The question: "change or not change?" are could not arised by reasonable person. Just: "Do I have the attitude to these changes and how much?"

You are writing about abstract concepts which is only possible for advanced writers to do very well.  I understand more or less what you mean but not fully.

I suggest you give us a very simple version of the same text which will help us understand your meaning better.  Then, it will be easier to improve the version you have posted.
