I am learning Spanish and French. I have regular weekly lessons with a teacher which I pay for. If you are looking to practice your speaking skills and you have Skype let me know. I would be happy to talk with you.

Italki is mainly a way to connect teachers with learners. Obviously, teachers are not for free.
You have also other options, like this forum or the Notebook and Answers, where you can write and get answered/corrected.
There is also the possibility of finding partners to cbat with, but lot of people say it is not working very well.
