It might be ok as the title of a trip report or something, but it's not a grammatically correct sentence.

I would say "by" shouldn't be there and "gatecrashing" is problematic.

It is also not a sentence.  It only has a noun phrase and a participle phrase modifying it.

Anyway I would prefer "Epic fun-filled night travelling to Delhi and gate-crashing a big fat wedding!".
