Stories worth telling:)

I remember those days when my grandpa and grandma used to tell stories to me and my sister and we were just overenthusiastically listening to them putting our palm on our cheek. It was kind of routine for us listening story before going to bed and after finishing our dinner. So many types of stories, especially when it comes to ghost stories,My sis. and I was listening wrapped in a quilt and holding the hand of our grandpa:)And I remember, my grandpa used to produce different sounds according to the situation in the story and that was making us smiling, crying or trembling with fear:)It was really a great period I missed now too much. But the sweet, crispy and beautiful memories are with me and will be forever:)

I think, you have also this kind of experiences. So please share it to recall your memories. And please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.Thank you:)

Let me share a small story with you.

Once there was a shepherd boy called Radhua in a small and a remote village. His job was to take the sheep from all houses in the morning to make them graze and return home in the evening. He was alone and no one with him to accompany him, so he used to feel lonely as he had no other job except watching the sheep grazing. One day,an idea stuck in his mind.He thought to play with villagers(mainly to make them fool:)).So sitting on one branch of a tree,he tumultuously called the villagers to come near to him as a tiger has entered to their village and taking a sheep towards the jungle.Listening to his voice, villagers ran toward him,But what is it??There was nothing and Radhua was laughing looking at them. They scolded them and returned. Radhua did this 2 more time and the same thing happened. They came and returned scolding him.But when it comes the 4th time ,nobody came as everybody knew that he was lying. But unfortunately, it was true that a tiger entered to their territory and killed Radhua.

So by saying this to us(ME&my sis.),my grandpa, actually want to tell us that never lie!:)

Thank you @Guyomar for sharing some beautiful moments with us:)I also demanded scary stories to my Grandpa but when they started telling I was like a mouse in the hole:)It's great to know that you used to tell stories to your brother and I imagine it is more fun when the stories are acted out.You really enjoyed a great moment.Thank you again for sharing with us:)

I used to beg my parents to tell me bedtime stories. I loved it when they told me scary suspenseful stories - that was my Dad's specialty! - or funny stories about mischievous children wreaking havoc around them. When my brother was a toddler, I used to tell him stories, but more frequently, we would act out these tales, taking on the roles of characters I imagined. Immense fun.

Thank you@Jia for your comments and for sharing some beautiful moments with us:)Mothers are really good at singing lullaby and story telling. When I was small, my mother used to teach me songs, poems by singing and I remembered almost all the songs. But now I have few in my mind:)

Your story sounds nice and warm. I don't have many memories with my grandparents. But I remember that my mom was often told me a story before I fall asleep. She also flirted the fan softly to make me sleep well in the summer. You make me recall the days of childhood and it was that sweet and warm.
