I Am Depressed For Almost 1 Month

I joined this site 1 month ago and i like it. I messaged many people, i joined whatsapp groups,i added many people on facebook. After a short time i couldn't answer their messages cause i am depressed. I am graduate in this summer but probably i will not find a good job. My country has economic crisis. i will not get good salary if i can find a good job even. I am studying for 4 years and i get money from my family but result is 0. I talked some employer and they told me that you have no any experience.I did try to intern but they didn't give me any intern to experience and now they told me "you have no any experience" But how do i have experience? This is bulls**t. i just want to be relax in my life. Not need much money, not need many people, not need stress. Sometimes i am thinking about suicide. I love living but don't like stresful life.

What are you thinking about that? Are you working or not? Are you relax or not? Do you have any problem in your life or not?

Hello there,

I can understand how your feeling is. I ever had the same experience. Becoming a fresh graduate is never easy. Many people or companies will see you unworthy. No matter what how genius you are, they wouldn't care as long as you don't have an experience. However, beginning is beginning. There's no experience without beginning. I had finished my study at University earlier than normal graduation. However I had to wait for getting the opportunity to find a real job for almost 2 years. I went back to my own city, but I got nothing as well.  I just spent a lot of time to write about psychology on my Diocese's magazine (without earning money). Finally, I got the call from popular private school in my city without trying to apply the job opportunity before that. They said that they read my articles, and wanted me to help them. That was the beginning of my career.

It means, if nobody cares or takes into account your ability, you just need to make them see you. And the question is: How do you make them see you?

Easy, let them know by using media that you can reach and show all your abilities. If your ability is able to help other people to enhance their ability too, you will get a call for a great opportunity. However, don't forget to always be humble, because our behavior will be considered too.

In this case, I believe you have had a great talent in writing. Keep on writing, and hopefully the best opportunity will come to you.

I've been where you have been a couple of times in my life, and thank god friends and family have helped me out over the years when things got pretty bleak. It's hard getting out of college, and even worse when you have to take jobs that are not related to your degree until you find one. I'm married with a kid now, and those are 2 things I didn't would happen when I was in a similar situation after graduation. Interestingly enough, my wife felt the same way after a year our if her master's program before being able to get a job related to her field.

I would suggest just keep looking for opportunities beyond your current view. I couldn't find a good job in the US, so I ended up working and living in another country.

Cheers

Don't get discouraged! Difficult times are a part of life, but there is always grace on the other side if you commit to sticking through it. In fact, sometimes you can find blessings in your current situation if you just take a closer look. One thing that has helped me personally is to journal every day about the following two things: 1.) a list of people and things that I am grateful for in that moment, and 2.)a list of the victories of that day. No matter how small, like "On this cold day I am grateful to have shelter", or "Today I wrote a notebook entry on italki."  Do this every day for a week and you will see a difference. These things will open your eyes to the blessings that are right in front of you. That can help you relax, and who knows, it could help you move forward and find a job if you are more relaxed. I wish you luck!! All the best.

Man, come to Brazil. Believe me, we have the worst crises of our history, but we (society) show our force at this moment against the corruption. We have a unique way to protest and face the crises and problem, try to learn some of Portuguese or better you Spanish and begin to read the internet channels about the crisis and how the population is dealing with it.

I believe until 2018 we clean up the bad guys from the power. All the possible candidates to govern has realised that we are watching them. If you don't like the Brazil, there some others neighbouring countries, but just in Brazil there more than 5,500 cities with a different lifestyle. I've needed to be lived in more than 10 cities in Brazil for finding my home (my style, my worthy job). Even though I was born here and lived since I was a child, I needed to find my place. It is a piece of the planet that caters to all tastes.

One thing, I assure you, living here, this suicidal thought of you will not have. Even if at the beginning you can not get a direct job in your branch, or that the country is in crisis, anyway, I do not see such thinking in the people around here.

Do so, look for regions, states, states, mesoregions, micro-regions and finally cities. Filter the ones you like, offer work in that region. Most of what is shown on major news channels are related to Rio de Janeiro capital or Sao Paulo capital, the country can offer you much more, even more for you who is fluent in Turkish, you has knowledge in English and you is a graduate guy.
