In today's world of social media, memes are a very common and fun part of online interaction. I find it useful to understand Memes, because it helps me adapt my humour when I am talking to my Russian friend via Whatsapp, and want to send them something that is funny and relevant to what we are talking about. It also helps you remember new words, because if you can tie an emotion to a word, your mum more likely to remember that word or phrase.
