I am looking for someone who is native speaker and is able to speak with me and correct my mistakes in English.

I can help with Ukrainian and Russian. I write much better than speak ;(

I need to be at least good (it would be better to be fluent;)) at English conversation on 25 September.

My colleagues from British partner organisation is comming and I am afraid of being silent.

Halina, native English speakers would never make mistakes like you have done and trying to compare people whose native language is not English with native English speakers is just absord and nonsense.

We should value professional and personal qualities over ‘nativeness.’The skills and qualities that make an effective language teacher are the most significant.

What can the native English-speaking teacher (NESTs) do better?

Hi! I really do not know) I assume that they know spoken English better than those who study it. People who study English (if they are not teacher) make mistakes and I can learn their mistakes instead of improving my English. But I am sure that I can be mistaken and it is just stereotype. In some cases I believe that not native can know grammer better than native)
