First, the dictionary form of the verb "to be proud" in Korean is "자랑스럽다". 

To say "to be proud to be (insert what are proud of)" is "나는 내가 (insert what you are proud of)인 것이 자랑스럽다." Therefore, "I am proud to be French" would be "나는 내가 프랑스인인 것이 자랑스럽다". 프랑스인 is a French person.To give you another example sentence, "I am proud to be Korean", would be "나는 내가 한국인인 것이 자랑스럽다."  

A colloquial way to say this sentence, for example when you are saying this sentence in a conversation with your friend, you'd say with 반말: "나는 내가 프랑스인인 것이 자랑스러워."

When you say it to people older than you, or strangers you meet on the streets, you say with 존댓말: "저는 제가 프랑스인인 것이 자랑스러워요/자랑스럽습니다."

To say you are proud to (insert an action/state of being), e.g. I am proud to be doing well in school, is "나는 내가 학교에서 잘 하고 있는 것이 자랑스럽다."  Same principles of converting the sentence to 반말 and 존댓말, apply as with the sentences above.
