When do I have to use "for me" and "to me"?
I had always thought that you can say "for me" but I heard that people also say "to me" and I got confused. If you know the rules or the difference I'll apreciate your help c:

I think the sentence determines the preposition Ex: Can you do that for me? or he is a good person to me.

That/This is FOR me/you.
He/She gave it TO me/you.
I am here FOR you. You are here FOR me.
Give it TO me!

I agree with Ahmed. We'd need to see the sentence to determine whether to use "to" or "for."
