Italki calendar for teachers
Hi does anyone else really struggle with how time consuming it is to update the calender with availability? And how do tou get around it when you just want to block out one hour from a longer slot?

I think we all have the same problem. As you say, it's really time consuming to change your availability, especially if you have to update your schedule on a daily or weekly basis.
Maybe, if the Italki-organization reads this, they can find a solution to this?
Or are there some tips and tricks to avoid this problem?

Delete slot. Create new slot. If your weekly schedule changes, you have to do it all again. I wish they gave us the option to add both positive and negative availability slots. This would solve both problems.

There is a new calendar coming out at the end of the year. Until then I think I may have to stick with the other site that I teach on just because there really is no way I can keep redoing my days every day every time something else comes up in the day. It's the weirdest most time-consuming system I've ever seen.
