So I cry a little, cry it out, go to sleep when I'm tired, try to calm down afterwards, and 'tidy things up' in my head.
Sometimes it's helpful for me to go out for a long walk, or do something exhausting. Like running, riding bike, doing excercise.
But most of all... I guess the best antidotum of all is always the warmth of other people... :) It really makes you feel better when you know that there is someone out there who cares for you.
