Those vehicles that they pull, by the way, have various names in harness racing: jog cart (for training a horse); sulky or bike (for racing a horse). Groussac, thank you for the tips. I want to reply later when I've checked them all. The idea of the shadowing technique (thanks for the correction) is based on the use of media like video or audio books. And yes, one must speak out the monologue (if you don't decide to speak the role of every speaker there) in an adequate speed, rhythm and 'melody'. It's a bit like slave work or imitating like a parrot, but it helps (sometimes). To be honest, I did not like the recording due to the topic (horse races), but rather because of the funny names of the horses!
