"Passé composé" is easy. Vanessa has explained it well.

"Participe passé" is simply a form of the verb. Like in English, you have the infinitive, par exemple, "chanter". You have the participe passé : "chanté" (used in the "passé composé"), and another form as well : "participe présent" ("chantant"). That is not very different from English : "to write", "written", "writing". OK ?

The passé composé is the name of the tense. Other types of tense are le présent, l'imparfait, le futur, le conditionnel etc.

The passé composé is made up of two elements, the auxiliary verb (être or avoir) and the participe passé. So the participe passé is the name of one of the two elements of the passé composé tense.

Example with the verb manger.

J'ai mangé

ai mangé is the passé composé structure.

mangé is the participe passé.

ai is the auxiliary verb.
