Who you can call a real native speaker of some language? In my opinion yuor native language (mother thongue) is only the language in which you are speaking with your relatives at home from the earliest days of your life. How do you think?

I don't agree that the native language is only the language that you speak with your relatives at home from an early age on. If someone grows up in Germany for instance, German is in most cases their native tongue or one of their native tongues, even if the family speaks a different language at home.

Honestly speaking, when we say "Native spears",  we, unconsciously, think they are perfect at speaking/writing/reading/listening their languages. But that's not the case! Perfection is just an ideal idea! One can speak several languages just like they speak their mother language. But... if you are considering "Native" as a geographical identity, then you are probably right!

My wife spoke English growing up at home in the Philippines. It was her first language.  And all her schooling including 8 years at the University was in English. They didn't play with local kids for first few years.  She learned the local dialect from her friends after school. She speaks the local dialect, or Tagalog with her relatives at home now. She is good but not really at my level as far as speaking in English, she is better than me writing or spelling.
