Is this from some MMO game? The exact sense depends on a context I don't know, but let's try and paraphrase:

"Number 3 strikes but nothing was said by the guides --- they really deserve big prizes for that".

Not sure what NO means number, it might be some kind of acronym belonging to the context or it just the exclamtion "no!".

"Shit" is vulgar way to say excrement, but it's fairly often used in place of "nothing".

"mentioned" is the shortened form "was mentioned".
