In my case, I guess my dinner really is better than my breakfast. I am usually busy starting a new day in the morning so my breakfast would usually only be a piece of butter bread or a ready made waffle. They are nothing fancy. I only eat them to keep myself from getting starved during the day.
Dinner is a complete different story. I enjoy cooking a lot. So...(I will leave the rest to your imagination.) ;)
There are so many jokes about night meal. Why do they exist? Maybe because we understand that is unnatural. So what is natural? Natural is to have food at daytime, and have a rest at night. However, our body is able to adopt to other conditions. Some people don’t follow their nature for different reasons. Young people like to go to parties, some creative people like to work at night when it is quiet. All this does not mean that it is good for us or it is natural. Some people have a problem with digestion and they need to eat a little bit for not having their stomach empty for the night. After 11 pm we have an active biological rhythm, so those who didn't fall asleep until that time may feel the need in food. What’s more, heavy food makes us sleepy. Some people who eat for the night have a psychological issue. They are busy during the day with their work, but in the night they meet their unsolved problems. So they are just busy with eating instead of trying to sort the problems out.
