"There is/are" or "There would be"? Thank you!
I am writing an essay about my dream house. There's one part of describing how the house looks and the equipment inside, should I use "There is/are" or "There would be".
For example: "There are 5 rooms in my house" or "There would be 5 rooms in my house."?
Thank you in advance.

I suppose it is about your style. You can choose the present or future tense. But you should be consistent for the whole essay. An essay with present tense looks better for me.

I was a little bit confused about it. Thank you so much for your help, Val.

Actually, if I use "would be", there will be a lot of "would be" in my essay. I'm worried about repeated errors.
