Is there any difference in the meaning between "She is not around" and "She's not here"?
Is there any difference in meaning between "She is not around" and "She is not here"? I heard both, but never quite got the difference.

To me, there is usually there is no difference and I use these interchangeably.
You could use "around" to mean "nearby" and say something like "She's around, but she's not here." This would clarify that she is nearby, but not in the exact same place as the speaker.
